Welcome to the Loogarten House

The Loogarten Retirement and Care Center offers elderly people and those in need of care a safe and caring home in a beautiful and idyllic location in the countryside. Around 140 employees lovingly look after the well-being of our guests around the clock. The house is run as a foundation and supported by the communities of Egg and Mönchaltdorf. There is an admission agreement with Oetwil am See. More than 100 people live with us in various forms of accommodation.

Quality of life - a question of competent nursing and overall medical care

In addition to 9 apartments for the elderly, our home consists of three nursing departments for geriatric long-term care and palliative care, as well as a department for people with dementia. We also provide beds in transitional situations in the area of acute and transitional care after a hospital stay or for vacation and respite stays. Qualified, motivated and dedicated nursing staff provide our guests with competent care and support. Medical care in the care center is provided by doctors. Supplementary medical services such as physiotherapy, dental technology and dentist, hearing acoustics, opticians or podiatry are offered in-house. In addition, a versatile activation program with various occasions and events provides variety and enriches everyday life.
