**RETIREMENT AND NURSING HOME

The retirement and nursing home offers a home in single rooms to 50 people of AHV age in need of care and assistance.

As part of a comprehensive new construction and renovation project, the east extension with a modern catering kitchen and the new spacious dining room were put into operation in summer 2014. At the beginning of 2015, the new cafeteria on the first floor and an extension to the west with 12 single rooms and a sheltered outdoor space were completed. Architecturally and conceptually, this part of the building offers ideal conditions for a mixed residential group, in which people suffering from dementia or elderly people with a different clinical picture will find an optimal environment.

AGED HOUSING ESTATE

In the center of Ins we offer 10 one and a half room, 21 two and a half room and 2 three and a half room apartments, all renovated or newly built, in our Alterssiedlung. Residents have the same rights and obligations as in a "normal rented apartment" within the framework of the pension contract provisions.

In addition, however, they can use the infrastructure and services of the retirement and nursing home via a service package (meal service, meals in the retirement and nursing home, 24-hour emergency call, activities and events, individual counseling, etc.). Furthermore, they benefit from extremely favorable conditions with regard to TV, Internet and telephony, which are offered in a flat rate, fully administrated by the retirement center.

Any necessary (nursing) assistance is provided by the local Spitex.

MEAL SERVICE

Our meal service is a popular service for external persons as well as for the residents of our retirement home who, for various reasons, cannot or do not want to prepare their own meals.

We deliver tasty meals to these customers in warming boxes on the days they request. The return of the dishes and the boxes takes place with the next delivery.
