**The building

The Perla Park building dates back to around 1900, and thanks to a major renovation, it is now adapted to the current needs of its residents.

The rooms

Spacious and individual. The 46 rooms of the Perla Park, some suitable for 2 people, are bright, friendly and spacious. All rooms have: Telephone, TV and radio connection, EDP possible, as well as private wet rooms with shower and WC. Smoke detectors and emergency call buttons ensure the greatest possible safety in all rooms. You can furnish your room individually with your personal furniture and beloved objects. Only the nursing bed is a fixed part of the furnishings. **30 rooms at Perla Park can be financed through supplementary benefits.

The garden

A small, idyllic oasis in the middle of the city. The Perla Park has a lovingly designed and maintained garden, which changes its color depending on the season.
It is the ideal place for relaxing hours and reading an exciting book, as well as for garden parties, barbecue afternoons, 1st August celebrations, or a shared snack under the shady trees or the large pergola. It is a good place to linger even in summer.

**The surroundings

The Perla Park is located in the quiet Zurich Riesbach-Hirslanden residential district, which offers a variety of shopping opportunities. From the pharmacy to the bookstore, from the comestibles store to the wholesaler, everything is just a few steps away. The streetcar stop of line 11 is also just around the corner. In a few minutes you are in the city center.
