tilia Wittigkofen is located in the middle of the traffic-free quarter Wittigkofen in close proximity to public transport with direct connection to the city center.
The modern nursing center, opened in 1989 offers space for around 90 residents and employs around 170 staff. The spacious garden with animal husbandry as well as the cafeteria invite to a pleasant get-together.

Residential area Respiration

tilia Wittigkofen is the only institution in the canton of Berne to offer a specialized residential area for people who, due to their illness, require respiratory support measures and therefore special infrastructure as well as care and support services.

Our goal is to support, accompany and encourage these people. They should feel comfortable in their environment and be able to achieve a high level of quality of life and satisfaction despite their intensive need for care.
