"Do you know who I am? Do you know who I was?" This is the claim our residents may make of us. Biography work is a central concern for us. Only in this way is individual care and nursing possible. After all, we accompany and care for our residents during an important stage of their lives.

"One must do the possible to touch the impossible." Our attitude to the subject of dying is defined in our mission statement and serves as an orientation and decision-making aid. This approach is characterized by open communication and a respectful, appreciative and empathetic attitude.

The nursing service is staffed by dedicated and well-trained employees who are committed to the well-being of our residents. We attach great importance to the regular training and further education of all our employees.

Medical care

Medical care is provided 24 hours a day by the family doctors from the communities of the special purpose association.

Physiotherapy

We have a physiotherapy service. The prescribed therapies are carried out by therapeutic specialists.

Dementia

People suffering from dementia live in their own, personally designed and perceived world, which is initially hidden from us. We strive to provide residents with a daily routine in which they can feel safe and secure. Not only does a familiar and orientation-promoting room design play a role in this, but also the self-determination of each resident. They decide when they want to get up or lie down, they decide when and where they eat. Hosts are the ones who adapt to the residents and not vice versa.
