From the first floor to the roof gable, the Fellergut residential and service center is geared toward living in old age. We are convinced that active people live healthier and happier lives - even in the second half of life. For this reason, we offer people of retirement age assisted living in their own four walls.

Our tenants or condominium owners live in 59 one- and 30 two-room apartments. To ensure that the desire for an active, self-determined lifestyle goes hand in hand with the need for care and security, our residents have access to a modular range of services and care. In this way, we combine a high degree of independence, privacy and security under one roof.

LIVING LIKE AT HOME

The Fellergut Residential and Service Center offers 59 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom apartments for individuals or couples of retirement age. All apartments were built as condominiums and are partially occupied by the owners themselves. The remaining apartments are rented out with a rental contract valid according to tenancy law.

In addition, we record the fixed and individual service and care services for more security and daily structure in a pension contract or care contract.

CARE LIKE IN A HOTEL

We want our guests to feel completely satisfied and as well taken care of as in a first-class hotel. That is why we also offer our residents corresponding services.

Included in the pension contract, for example, is the daily freshly prepared main meal. If desired, it can be taken in the dining room of our restaurant or by means of room service in the apartment.

CARE & NURSING BY PROFESSIONAL STAFF.

To ensure professional care, a qualified nurse is on duty 24 hours a day, all year round, or can be reached during her on-call service and is on site within 30 minutes.

All residents choose their own doctor or retain their familiar family doctor. The resident doctor responsible for Wohnen im Alter Fellergut comes to the house once a week for consultation hours. She supports our nursing team in all medical matters.

For residents who are no longer able to order and prepare their own medication, the care team takes over this task. We work closely with a pharmacy in the area.

SOCIABILITY AND ENJOYMENT ON A PLATTER.

Our restaurant on the first floor is a popular meeting place for our residents, but also for guests from the neighborhood or relatives.

With various activities that meet the individual needs of the residents, we strive for an active daily routine. We try to maintain and promote mental and physical fitness through new stimuli. In the various activities, we cater to special abilities and interests so that each resident experiences rapid successes that have a positive effect on their zest for life, motivation and satisfaction.
