Together with all the staff, I would like to welcome you to the Domicil Dementia Competence Center Bethlehemacker. Our home is fully focused on creating an emotionally experiential living space for people with dementia.

People with dementia know no past and no future. They are at home where they are emotionally understood. Because their rational perceptions have given way to emotional ones.

To do justice to this fact, our house offers a variety of emotional experiences. Light, color, music, but also scents and atmospheric videos create an appealing world of experience. In this way, we positively stimulate the senses of people with dementia and increase their quality of life.

Comprehensive care and nursing for people with dementia

The well-being of our residents is at the center of all our attention and efforts. Their autonomy is recorded and individually, according to their possibilities maintained and promoted. Through respect, appreciation of emotions and comprehensive biography work, we contribute to a good individual emotional quality of life.

The care and support in our home is oriented to the existing resources, feelings and drives. Independence and participation are actively encouraged and convey a positive self-esteem. In this context, the relatives form an indispensable part of the holistic approach.

We have 73 care and nursing places. The two-person rooms and the specially designed common areas meet the needs of people with dementia for closeness and companionship.
