Alters- und Pflegeheim Johanniter (Basel)

As a home in which protective nursing and care is based on a Christian attitude, Johanniter is an industry leader and ahead of its time. The fact that our home was the only retirement and nursing home in the region to be certified by national specialist bodies in 2016 for its outstanding achievements in palliative care proves that Johanniter is on the right track. We are concerned about quality of life for our residents and quality of work for our employees.

We offer a total of 129 nursing home places, which are divided into the general, protected residential group and psychogeriatric areas. All rooms face the sun on the St. Johannspark with a view of the Rhine.

The rooms are already equipped with a care bed including bedding, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, safe, curtains and a ceiling lamp. Residents are welcome to furnish the room with their own furniture. The staff are on hand to provide advice.
