It is our goal to secure the sheltered housing (dementia unit) as a living space for residents and to enable well-being and quality of life. The nursing care strives, through appreciation, to give the residents the feeling of being active and competent with their remaining possibilities, in an atmosphere of trust and acceptance. This includes having fun and joy, feeling safe and accepted, and experiencing the highest possible degree of autonomy despite limitations.

Quality work

The residents are our focus. With our services, we offer them the best possible quality in nursing, care, companionship and hospitality. Our quality management system (QMS) forms the basis of our extensive range of services. The quality criteria are described, among other things, in the annual quality reporting of the Canton of Aargau. Regular audits help us to have our quality checked by external bodies. The feedback supports us in our sustainable understanding of quality and improvement processes can be triggered as a result.

The understanding of quality has not only to do with facts, but also with subjective sensitivities. The subjective goals are described in our mission statement.
