Welcome to Heimberg!

A meeting zone for people of all ages is our heart's desire. Alterszentrum Heimberg AG is a retirement and nursing home with 37 individual nursing rooms and 27 apartments. On the first floor of the main building, a living area for people with cognitive changes (such as dementia) has been set up with direct access to the spacious garden area.

The 27 apartments and the people living in them are cared for by the in-house Spitex organization, either in the same building or in the immediate vicinity.

Our clients have the opportunity to take advantage of various services or offers in the main building of Alterszentrum Heimberg AG, such as hairdressing, massage and foot care. The various events, activities and excursions offer variety in everyday life and promote community. The public restaurant momentino also provides social contacts - fresh and balanced regional food in a stylish and relaxed atmosphere invite you to linger. The staff of Alterszentrum Heimberg are also happy to help with health issues, household assistance or clothing care. In addition, we also offer a meal service for Heimberg and the nearby communities.

The residents and their well-being are at the center of our work. We value and respect the individuality of people and maintain their dignity. Resource-oriented care and support is very important to us in order to maintain existing abilities and to promote them where possible. It is important to us to actively involve the residents and those living there.

Last year, Alterszentrum Heimberg AG revised the company's mission statement together with the employees. The following vision emerged from the new mission statement:

A meeting zone for people of all ages is a matter close to our hearts.

Now, barely a year later, we seem to be getting closer to this vision. With the Albatros daycare center moving into our immediate vicinity, we have the opportunity to offer encounter zones where young and old can meet in a carefree manner. In addition to specifically planned encounters, spontaneous and unplanned interactions can arise over the garden fence, which makes this proximity to the Albatros daycare center all the more valuable. We at Alterszentrum Heimberg AG look forward to observing how these encounters develop and what effects they will have on young and old.
