Elderly people who decide to move into the AZW on their own or in contact with their relatives are primarily welcome as guests. The retirement center deliberately distances itself from the concept of an "administrative home". We provide our guests with needs-oriented services in the areas of hospitality, nursing/care, counseling, culture and gastronomy.

Residents arrange their stay at AZW according to their personal needs, ideas and inclinations. Services and assistance can be requested at any time within the scope of our possibilities. As a service recipient, there is an absolute right to criticism and complaint.

With the body of a democratically elected residents' council as well as a relatives' council, the possibility of having a say and the right to shape things is guaranteed and promoted.
