The Zentrum Schlossmatt Region Burgdorf specializes in long-term care for people with multiple disabilities, dementia care and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. As an institution with the "Quality in Palliative Care" label, we are recognized for providing our residents with professional and dignified care during the last stage of their lives.

Our care center combines everything under one roof: care and therapies, a day center, a restaurant and a daycare center. We are located in the family-friendly Schlossmatt district, surrounded by woods, meadows and the River Emme and close to Burgdorf's historic old town.

In our day center, people who are alone or dependent on care at home can spend one or more days with other senior citizens.

The Schloss Stern daycare center is integrated into the Schlossmatt center and is open to the children of our employees as well as children from the surrounding area. The daycare team looks forward to hearing from you.
